Anton wants to give not only good music to the people, but also healthy food: The singer comes from an industry that develops new varieties of vegetables. Since 1973, he has been managing director of the vegetable breeding company Rijk Zwaan (no. 4 in the world); first in the German subsidiary, then in the international group. For several years, Anton van Doornmalen has served as chairman of the company's advisory board. Music, however, is his very great passion: "A day without music is a day not lived," says van Doornmalen.
And that's why he did something obvious: He coupled the topics of music and vegetable breeding cultivation. The result is the album "Seedsongs". The longplayer includes the song "We are just Seedsmen."
